Cancellation Policy –
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and no-shows directly impact the business and prevent other clients from booking that time.

Please review the policy below:

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
By booking an appointment with Katzhair.nl, you agree to this cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

With a salon career spanning over 20 years, I'm a hairdresser, educator, queer & neurodivergent person.
My hope is that every guest in my chair feels fully seen and heard without judgement. I'm here to hold space and collaborate with you to co-create a hairstyle that compliments your authentic self.

In addition to my years of training in traditional cutting and coloring techniques, I'm certified in razor cutting as well as the curly cut methods of DevaCurl and Rëzo.
